Building Based- Student Support Team

Odenville Elementary School's Building Based - Student Support Team provides immediate aid through a BBSST plan for students in general education who are struggling academically and/or behaviorally.  The BBSST is responsible for developing a plan that provides intervention strategies that are implemented in eight to nine weeks in the general education classroom. After the plan is implemented, it is evaluated for its effectiveness and suggestions are made for future recommendations.  Through collaboration, teachers are given an opportunity to address concerns and find solutions with greater perspective.
