About the teacher...
Welcome to Kindergarten! My name is Rhonda Smith. I have my Master's degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and I have my Bachelor's degree from The University of Alabama. I am starting my seventh year of teaching and I adore my job! It is the best in the world! Odenville Elementary is an incredible place to work! I love making an impact in my students' lives and fostering their natural curiosity. My hobbies include reading, and spending time with my hubby, my dogs (Samson and Sojo), and my precious little man, Luke. He is the sweetest little boy in the world! He is three years old and the light of my life! I consider him to be my greatest accomplishment! Since he came into my life, I have a new appreciation for all that parents do. Children are the greatest gift! I look forward to getting to know you and your child. I am here for both of you and together we will have a successful year!
